Take The Tour de Force Challenge At FFC
We’ve got another challenge for you, members! From May 1- May 31, attend 10 classes taught by 10 different instructors to complete the Tour de Force challenge. Your progress will be automatically tracked in the FFC+ app! When you complete the challenge, you’ll receive an FFC bucket hat!
For each class to count, please make sure you register and check in for every class via the FFC+ app!

Intro to Strength Training – Saturdays at 10 AM
Build your confidence on the strength floor with Intro To Strength Training, an entry-level class designed to teach you the essentials needed for a great workout. These complimentary classes are taught by our FFC personal trainers and take place at 10 AM every Saturday in May. Each week will cover a new tool used on the fitness floor.
