If you are running the Dan Gibbons 5k Turkey Trot or cheering on family members in the race on Thursday, November 28, make FFC Elmhurst your pre-race, post-race and cheering destination. Members and guests are welcome. Doors open at 7 AM. Light breakfast, hot chocolate, recovery massage and adult beverages for those over 21 will be available to enhance your race day experience. Stop by the club after your race and show your race number to receive a complimentary beverage.

The Faction is here! These group workouts take place on the turf and incorporate dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, sleds and other equipment to get your heart pumping. All levels are welcome to try out our new style of fitness class and modifications are available for all.

Join us on Sundays in November for a youth yoga class tailored for kids ages 8-12. Yoga can build confidence, improve performance and prevent injuries. Class is held in the group fitness studio and the cost is $15 per class.

Register for our indoor triathlon on Saturday, October 26, beginning at 7 AM!

How does an indoor tri differ from a regular tri? During our indoor triathlon, you will do a 10-minute swim (indoor pool), 30-minute bike (Keiser Bikes), and 20-minute run (treadmills).
