FFC Park Ridge Youth Sports Performance Program

When it comes to being a top tier athlete, the name of the game is power and speed. The goal of the Youth Sports Performance Program is to improve overall athletic development. Building a solid foundation for athletes is crucial because it allows them to perform at a high level for the duration of their sports career and significantly reduces the chances of injury.

We will focus on speed, agility, core, balance, and both upper and lower body power. The programming will be simple but efficient. Whether your child is on a middle school travel team, varsity athlete, or even already committed to playing college sports, this training program will help take them to the next level and allow them to dominate in their respective arena.

Monday/Wednesday – 3:45pm and 4:45pm, high school only
Tuesday/Thursday – 3:45pm and 4:45pm, middle school only
Saturday – 9am, 10am, 11am both middle school and high school

1x week, $120/month
2x week, $240/month

Contact Tony Mastrolonardo at amastrolonardo@ffc.com for registration details and questions.

FFC Park Ridge is happy to offer a unique experience for children ages 10+ in the form of a climbing team! Have your child learn to climb in a safe, structured environment. They’ll learn different climbing techniques, knots, basic climbing safety, and get stronger in the process!

Currently we meet twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 – 8 PM, for $99 per month. Please contact Climbing Wall Manager Jake for more details or sign up information at jjanowski@ffc.com.

Even with summer ending and fall starting up, it isn’t too late to learn to swim! We offer several different levels of swimming instruction, ranging from never swam before to perfecting your technique and endurance.

Worried about busy schedules? No problem, as we work to accommodate a time that you can make, instead of cramming you into a pre-made schedule. Our pricing varies based on level and frequency of lessons, so please contact Aquatics Coordinator Jake at jjanowski@ffc.com for more details.

Looking to change up your fitness routine? Have an interest in outdoor sports? Here at FFC Park Ridge, we’re able to offer a solution that hits both marks – take advantage of the 40-foot in-club climbing wall and learn how to rock climb from a professional staff!

There will be a focus on strength training, core work, and climbing technique, all of which can be carried over to other climbing gyms, and outdoor climbing as well! These lessons can be scheduled at a time that fits your schedule, and gives you the option to meet once, twice, or three times a week. For more information or sign up information, contact Climbing Wall Manager Jake at jjanowski@ffc.com.
