Welcome the Spring Solstice by participating in a Sound Off Yoga experience on Friday, March 20 at 6:30 PM. A Sound Off Yoga class is much like your traditional vinyasa flow class, except you wear a wireless headset through which you can hear your instructor as well as music mixed by a live DJ. The noise-isolating headphones also block out ambient noise, minimizing distractions and connects you to the instructor like no other yoga class experience.

The class is limited to 50 participants. Pricing is $25 for members and $40 for non-members.

Contact Elissa at epeterson@ffc.com to register or for more information.
