If you are looking to supplement your physical therapy routine or pre-hab a known “problem area” within the upper or lower body, this series workshop is for you!

The Stability Warrior class will run from 8 – 8:45 AM, on either March 4 or March 8 and be a kickoff to our April 4-week upper/lower body focused rehabilitation classes. Two types of kickoff class will be offered, details are below. (And there will be NO burpees in this class – we’re looking to promote your ability to move, restore function and prevent further issues.)

  • March 4 – upper body (focusing on cervical/thoracic spine and shoulder management)
  • March 8 – lower body (lumbar spine, hips, and knee management)

Are you looking to add swimming to your exercise routine, or maybe an experienced swimmer looking to improve your stroke technique, endurance, speed or technique for an upcoming event? This boot camp is for you!

Sign up for this series, taking place every Monday in March at 7:30 PM. Each boot camp will focus on the following:

  • Swimming stroke clinic – improving stroke technique (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly).
  • Individual stroke analysis and specific swimming drills.
  • Endurance interval trainings to improve pace for medium and long distance swimming.
  • Strength exercises to improve your speed and accuracy in the pool.
