    Is “learning how to swim” on your bucket list? FFC’s Learn to Swim program is ideal for those with little to no experience in the water or even those with fear of or anxiety around the water. Over the course of four weeks, you will gain confidence in the water and begin to gain the skills necessary to start swimming laps.

    Classes will be offered Wednesdays at 6pm for just $120 for a four-week program.

    Alison is proud to have over 6 years of experience and 1000 hours of education as a massage therapist. In her career, she has worked in a variety of settings, including spas, chiropractic offices, private practice, and massage education.

    It is her goal to raise the bar for massage therapy by providing knowledgeable and caring work. In her massage practice, she sees clients for the more traditional relaxation and deep tissue massages as well as specializing in oncology massage, for those with cancer, and clinical massage, for those with specific pain or motion restrictions. She prides herself on using evidence-based massage practices to address issues ranging from stress and sports injuries to everyday aches and pains.
    In her free time, you can find Alison dancing salsa, rock climbing, thrift store shopping, or enjoying a good iced coffee.

    In this 8 week group program with FFC’s Registered Dietitian Michael Glab, you will learn nutrition fundamentals and how to use them in real life. We will cover a different topic every Monday:

    Hey ladies! Is 2020 the year that you jump into strength training? Join Maddy Campbell on Sundays at 12:30 PM to get comfortable working out on the fitness floor, learn how to move weights properly and start feeling like Wonder Woman inside and outside of the gym! Dames and Dumbbells will alternate between upper body and lower body, giving you expanded strength training knowledge to keep you crushing workouts throughout the week.
