Whether you are training for an endurance race or have your sights set on some shorter distances, or are just gearing up to run a mile, what and how you fuel your body can make or break your training and leave you feeling great or awful.
Allison Koch, FFC’s Elmhurst dietitian and 18 time marathon finisher (including Chicago 4 times), is offering virtual workshops to help you learn how best to fuel (and refuel) your body to support your training and get the best results possible (like a shiny new personal best time!).
Each workshop will be virtual (held via google meetings) and last about an hour. There will be plenty of time for Q&A! Dates, times and topics are below:
