DASH class highlight: Restorative Yoga – Tuesdays at 7 PM and Wednesdays at 6:15 PM
This class uses supported yoga poses and breath techniques to bring the body and mind to a state of stillness. Learn how to relax and breathe deeply in order to achieve the benefits of health, vitality and inner peace. All levels welcome.
