DASH, Developing Active Senior Health, is a special FFC community, designed for people who want to stay active, fit, healthy and social, all the days of their life.

DASH Group Fitness Class – Every Thursday at 11:15 AM
Enjoy an introductory strength, mobility and cardiovascular group class with a Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor. Sign up in the FFC+ app!

DASH Class Highlight – Body 360 – Every Wednesday at 10:15 AM
This format centers around the Ballast/Swiss Ball and incorporates light weights and Pilates rings for a challenging series of exercises. Lateral flexion and rotation on the ball, along with balance and stability work, will transform the look and feel of your core as well as sculpt your physique from head to toe. Self-Defense Seminar At FFC Park Ridge

Is it time to invest in your personal safety? Your best weapon in a situation where you need to defend yourself will always be your mind. Learn how to react both mentally and physically in our Self-Defense Seminar on Saturday, December 3 from 12 – 2 PM at FFC Park Ridge. The training includes drilling of techniques both standing and on the ground as well as a comprehensive handout. Everyone ages 11 and older is welcome to join. Please dress in comfortable clothing.

Pricing: $50.00 members/ $60.00 non-members

Family Yoga Workshop At FFC Park Ridge

Join FFC yoga Instructor Annie Walsh on Friday, December 16 from 6:30 – 7:45 PM for a playful family yoga class! This class is especially for those who want a light-hearted approach to practicing yoga as a family. Parents and their kids can experience the benefits of yoga together in this class.

Cost for class is $25 per family for members and $35 per family for non-members.

Candyland Swim Event At FFC Park Ridge

Enjoy an unforgettable winter evening with family at the FFC Park Ridge Indoor Pool! On Saturday, December 17 from 4 – 5 PM, we will be hosting Candyland-themed activities in and out of the pool. Parents are required to be in the pool with their children during the duration of the event.

During the event, you’ll meet some of our wonderful instructors and learn about our amazing swim program. Members and non-members welcome – the more the merrier. Cost is $10/child. Please RSVP to Swim Coordinator Magda at msoltys@ffc.com. Let’s end the year in an extravagant way!

Pup Pictures with Santa at FFC Park Ridge

Join us on Saturday, December 17 from 10 AM – 12 PM at FFC Park Ridge for Pup Pictures With Santa! Bring your pup(s) to the club’s front lobby, and Santa will be available to pose for a photo with your pup! FFC Staff will be available to take your pup’s photo on your cell phone. No appointment necessary.
