D.A.S.H. – Developing Active Senior Health at FFC!  We invite our senior community to celebrate the joy of movement with our exclusive lineup of classes tailored just for you. Whether you’re looking to stay fit, gain strength, or simply enjoy the company of like-minded individuals, D.A.S.H. has something special to offer:

  • DASH Fitness: Kickstart your Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:15 AM with energizing workouts that blend fun and fitness in perfect harmony.
  • Aqua Workouts: Dive into our Aqua Workouts Monday through Wednesday (times vary), Friday and Saturday at 10:15 AM.

Join us for this fun, challenging, and effective cross-training class on Wednesday, July 24 from 7:30 – 8:15 PM. Your workout begins on the pool deck for a series of bodyweight exercises followed by high-energy drills performed in the water. This format is suitable for all fitness levels and is an excellent way to challenge your body while being easy on your joints.

Welcome new staff to FFC!

Sterling may be new to Park Ridge but has been with FFC for more than 10 years as a personal trainer and Pilates instructor at our Gold Coast location. Having completed both classical and contemporary Pilates instructor training programs, her sessions are varied but always have the same goal – meeting the needs of our members.

Whether you are improving your weight training form, stability, and balance, or if you are looking for a safe exercise program post-physical therapy or surgery, contact Sterling to schedule a Pilates session at sterling.lato@ffc.com!

Join Ria on Saturdays in July at 8:00 AM for Summer Run Club! This club is beginner-friendly. Run, socialize, and enjoy the summer with a like-minded group of people. We will start at Park Ridge. The first week will start with a 2-mile run/walk, with a progressive overload over the month!
