FFC Barbell Club

Build your confidence on the strength floor with this entry level class designed to teach you the essentials needed for a great workout. Each week will cover a new tool used on the fitness floor. Come ready to learn more and leave feeling empowered to use this equipment on your next visit. 

These complimentary classes are taught by our FFC personal trainers, and take place at 10 AM every Saturday in March, in all clubs except FFC Union Station.

March is National Nutrition Month, and we’re hosting a virtual nutrition workshop called Embracing Diversity One Plate At A Time! Join FFC Registered Dietitian Alicia Huggler on Wednesday, March 30 at 11:30 AM as she dives into cuisines from around the world. Learn how to fine-tune traditional recipes, try alternative cooking methods and other healthful advice for incorporating family-favorite foods into everyday meals.

After the workshop, you’ll understand how to make your favorite recipes a bit more nutrient-dense, as well as how to add more variety into your diet by enjoying new cuisines.

Treat yourself this March to a complimentary discovery call with one of our Registered Dietitians to learn more about how our nutrition services can help you reach your goals. Some services may even be covered by your health insurance.

No Referral? No Problem. You wouldn’t go a year without having an eye exam or dental check, would you? But what about your body? If you have nagging pain or experienced an injury, come to RUSH Physical Therapy for an assessment.

As of August, 2018 you no longer need a physician’s referral to start physical therapy. Our licensed physical therapists will work directly with you. If we feel a common injury or issue needs further advice, we will refer you to your doctor or appropriate specialist. We will also communicate with your doctor as directed.

A physical therapy plan specific to your pain or injury can help you begin to recover and get back to what you love. If you are experiencing any pain please see one of our clinicians at our FFC locations for a complimentary injury screen and experience the power of physical therapy!
