Children's swim lessons at FFC in Chicago

Looking to get your infant and little toddler exposed to water and water safety at an early age? We are bringing back the Parent and Tot class for kids ages 6 months to 2 years old on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:30 – 10:00 AM. This is a perfect bonding experience with your child but also an opportunity to learn and teach your child an essential life-saving skill. We are taking pre-registrations at the moment.

Cultivate functional strength and solve weekly bouldering challenges at Bouldering for Beginners+, every Friday from 4:00 – 5:00 PM. This activity focuses on grip strength, flexibility, and endurance.
