Bring your workout attire and a water bottle and enjoy a fun-filled Belly Dancing Workshop class on Monday, August 12 from 6:30 – 7:00 PM that invigorates the entire body and helps posture, stamina, balance and grace. This workout combines resistance training, core engagement, coordination and flow with a unique blend of Pilates and Belly Dancing. The cost is $20 for members and $30 for non-members.
