Join us on Saturday, May 18 at 12:45 PM for Family Yoga in the Mind Body Studio. This event is $20 for members and $30 for non-members. Bring your favorite stuffed animal to go on a yoga journey with you. Stuffed animals will help kiddos focus, meditate, balance and offer a fun way to learn yoga pose names. A short book will be read to go along with the theme of class and help all stay engaged and flowing.

Introducing Kids Summer Camp, Monday – Friday, June 10 – June 28, July 8 -Aug 2! The camp is open to kids ages 5-10 years and is 7 weeks long. We will have swimming, crafts, STEM, rock climbing, games on the courts, and chill time. The cost is $280.00 per week for children of members and $300.00 per week for non-members. EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION runs through May 10: children of members are $260.00 per week, $280.00 per week for non-members.

You must pay in full for all weeks before May 10 to receive an early bird rate for the year. For questions or to register, contact Dawn Brunner at dbrunner@ffc.com.

FFC Gold Coast Rooftop Turf and Sun Tanning Area

Join us on Monday, April 8 for a Solar Eclipse Watch Party! Chicago will experience a partial solar eclipse with up to 94% coverage of the sun on April 8! The eclipse begins at 12:51 p.m. and ends at 3:22 p.m., with a maximum view in Chicago at 2:07 p.m. Join us on the sundeck to take in this experience together! A limited number of glasses will be available. Bring a friend for free!

Get the most out of your Premier membership and try Group Training on the Turf!

Set yourself on fire with our metabolic conditioning workout, Torchd. Experience all the equipment the turf has to offer from battle ropes to kettlebells, med balls, and more!

In addition, join TITANS, our strength-based turf workout! Learn proper training techniques used to improve overall strength, and increase lean mass and joint mobility.

Pilates students.

We have new classes that we are excited to fill! Anyone is welcome to try a small group Pilates class in April on Mondays at 7:00 AM, Tuesdays at 6:30 PM, and Saturdays at 12:15 PM.
