International Yoga Day Celebration

Join us for a special Candlelight Yoga session to celebrate International Yoga Day on June 21!

Event Schedule:
– 5:30 – 6:30 PM: Candlelight Yoga Team Teach
– 6:30 – 7:00 PM: Sound Bath Meditation

Immerse yourself in a serene and rejuvenating evening starting with a unique yoga experience guided by our talented instructors in a beautifully candlelit setting. This calming session will harmonize your mind, body, and spirit, setting a perfect tone for the meditation that follows.

After the yoga session, drift into a state of deep relaxation with a 30-minute sound bath meditation. The soothing sounds will help you achieve a meditative state, enhancing your overall sense of well-being.

FFC Park Ridge Pickleball Clinic with Pro Scott Moore

Elevate your pickleball prowess at our upcoming clinic led by the seasoned Pickleball Pro, Scott Moore. These sessions are the perfect arena to sharpen your strategies, polish your techniques, and mingle with fellow pickleball aficionados. Mark your calendars for May 20:

🏓 9:00 – 11:00 AM: 3.0-3.5 Players

🏓 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM: 3.5-4.0

The cost is $125 per member. Pre-registration is required at ffc.com/group-fitness-programs under clinic!

Trivia Night At The Club Lounge

Have a seat in the Club Lounge on Tuesday, May 7 for trivia night! Have a drink while teasing your brain and a chance to win exciting prizes. On-site registration begins at 6:00 PM. Trivia begins at 6:30 PM and will end by 7:30 PM. We will have 4 rounds of 10 questions.  Form a team of 3 or register as a single player.

Mini-Member Summer Camps

Join us June 3 – August 9 for some FUN in the SUN!!! Ages 4-9 are welcome to join us for arts and crafts, swimming, and outdoor play time at our local Wilder Park. The Half Day camp runs Monday – Thursday from 12:30 – 3:30 PM and the Full Day camp runs Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM with before and after care options. Sign up for 1 week or multiple weeks! Register by Friday, May 3 for the early bird special.

Solar Eclipse Watch Party

FFC Gold Coast Rooftop Turf and Sun Tanning Area

Join us on Monday, April 8 for a Solar Eclipse Watch Party! Chicago will experience a partial solar eclipse with up to 94% coverage of the sun on April 8! The eclipse begins at 12:51 p.m. and ends at 3:22 p.m., with a maximum view in Chicago at 2:07 p.m. Join us on the sundeck to take in this experience together! A limited number of glasses will be available. Bring a friend for free!
