A group of women meditating

Join Greg Archer in the Group Fitness Studio on Sunday, July 16 from 4 PM – 5:30 PM. New Moon Sound Bath will focus on setting intentions and connecting to clarity and focus. It opens with simple breathing techniques to quiet your mind and body, then moves into an intention-setting meditation. Prepare for full-body relaxation as you breathe to the sweet sounds of seven crystal sound bowls and other instruments. With recent studies noting the soothing and restorative qualities of sound frequencies, this workshop arrives at a perfect time for the start of the new moon.

Cost: $35 for members and $45 for non-members. Workshop participants will receive 20% off at the club bar (must be redeemed before the workshop). Register at ffc.com/group-fitness-programs.
