We will be kicking off our Winter 2024 Pickleball League the week of January 8. All levels are welcome. The competitive league will be on Mondays starting at 6:15 pm and the recreational league will be on Thursdays at 6:15 PM.
Cost is $150 per member and $200 per non-member.

As the earth tilts away from the sun and we prepare for the darker winter months, join Kate on Thursday, December 21 at 8:30 AM for a special Winter Solstice yoga flow focused on grounding us into this new season of our lives. Our heat-building flow will move us through poses that improve digestion, strengthen immunity, and rinse out toxins. Come from out of the cold and light the fire within!
