Join Greg Archer in the Group Fitness Studio on Sunday, July 16 from 4 PM – 5:30 PM. New Moon Sound Bath will focus on setting intentions and connecting to clarity and focus. It opens with simple breathing techniques to quiet your mind and body, then moves into an intention-setting meditation. Prepare for full-body relaxation as you breathe to the sweet sounds of seven crystal sound bowls and other instruments. With recent studies noting the soothing and restorative qualities of sound frequencies, this workshop arrives at a perfect time for the start of the new moon.

Have you ever wondered if you are doing Chaturanga Dandasana correctly? Brand new to yoga, or want to gain a better understanding of key yoga postures? Join us on Sunday, July 30 from 4 PM – 5:30 PM in the Mind Body Studio for this fun and informative 90-minute workshop. We will answer all of your Chaturanga questions and guide you into proper alignment. You will learn to use props to develop safe posture positioning and correct common mistakes. You will leave with greater confidence and understanding of your yoga practice.

Daily swim lessons are held Monday – Thursday at 9 AM in the indoor pool. You can sign up for all remaining weeks or just 1 or 2 weeks.
