Enhance your fitness and meet your next workout partner. Join us on Tuesdays at 7:30 PM for Boxing Bootcamp, a full-body workout consisting of boxing techniques mixed into interval training. Learn how to punch, defend yourself, proper footwork, all while getting a great cardiovascular workout! Class is for all skill levels and ensures a fun and challenging workout. The cost is $128 for once a week small group training.

Glasses of prosecco

Come for a great Pilates workout, utilizing a variety of fun apparatuses and stay for a glass of bubbly and meet your new Pilates friend!  Pilates and Prosecco will be offered the second Saturday of each month, through June (February 8, March 8, April 12, May 10, June 14) at 1:00 PM.

Bring a friend to class with you at no charge.  Sign up via the FFC+ app. If you cannot attend, please cancel within 24 hours to avoid a charge. Contact Joy at jmiles@ffc.com with any questions.

All week long, bring a guest for free and join in the FFC festivities! We’ll have cocoa, surprises for members and guests, and maybe even a Grinch sighting or two!

Hispanic Heritage month logo

Help us celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with our Team teach Zumba! Zumba fuses Latin/international rhythms and movements. These easy-to-follow dance moves feature intermittent interval training that includes fast and slow rhythms. Fitness Variations help add interval training to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. No prior dance experience necessary. It’s a Salsa, Merengue, Belly Dance, Reggaeton, Hip Hop and more DANCE party! Join The Fun.
