Pilates In The Park at Washington Square Park

Join Fitness Formula Clubs and the American Heart Association on Sunday, August 18 from 10:00 – 11:00 AM for Yoga In The Park, held in Grove 2 in Lincoln Park! (near the intersection of Clark and LaSalle – click here to view the map).

The American Heart Association (AHA) is a voluntary organization that works to fight heart disease and stroke. Founded in 1924 by six cardiologists, the AHA is the oldest and largest organization of its kind in the United States. The AHA’s mission is to promote longer, healthier lives through research, education, advocacy and other programs.

For every donation received, FFC will match a portion of the contribution.

Muscle and strength training.

Build your confidence on the strength floor with Intro To Strength Training, an entry-level class designed to teach you the essentials needed for a great workout. These complimentary classes are taught by our FFC personal trainers and take place at 10:00 AM every Saturday in August (not available at FFC Union Station). Each week will cover a new tool used on the fitness floor. Come ready to learn more and leave feeling empowered to use this equipment on your next visit.

Guaranteed Rate Field home of the Chicago White Sox

It’s not too late to join us and your fellow Chicagoans for our free Yoga In The Park series in Lincoln Park! Our free community vinyasa-style yoga classes will be held in Grove 2 in Lincoln Park (near the intersection of Clark and LaSalle – click here to view the map).

Class will run every Tuesday, until August 27 and Sunday,  August 18

  • Sundays: 10:00 – 11:00 AM
  • Tuesdays: 7:00 – 8:00 PM

Classes are open to both FFC members and non-members. Members may sign up for class in the FFC+ app. Walk-ins are welcome. All attendees must sign a digital waiver before class begins. Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle for class.
