Fall is the perfect time to get back into a routine, and that includes practicing great class etiquette. Arriving on time, cleaning your mat or equipment after class, and following the instructor’s guidance helps create a welcoming, distraction-free environment where everyone can get the most out of their workout.
Thank you for helping make every class a positive experience for your fellow members and instructors.
