New Class Format Preview – Progression Obsession

This total body interval class includes upper body strength, core, and ‘PRO’gressions of lower body conditioning for an intense workout. The class will take you through three, 9-minute blocks followed by a high-intensity finisher and an abdominal/low back section! Get ready to experience your new Obsession.
