This Independence Day Burn workout on Monday, July 1 at 5:15 PM combines strength, cardio, and core exercises to create a comprehensive and challenging workout. Members will leave feeling accomplished and energized!!!

Join us for a Sexy Pilates class in the hottest location in the city! July 22 at 5:45 PM on FFC Lincoln Park’s sun deck. Snatch your waist and lengthen out your muscles with a Pilates Mat class using the Pilates Magic Circle. Kristin and Grace will team teach to give you a great workout that is fun, safe, and challenging! Stay after class to make connections with your classmates, and find a new workout buddy! We’ll bring sparkling drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic options!)

Pilates room at FFC Lincoln Park

Did you know? Pilates was created by a MAN, for MEN! Pilates exercises were created by Joseph Pilates to achieve the perfect physical body in aesthetics and function. This Pilates class every Saturday at 10:00 AM strengthens, stretches, stabilizes, and improves the stamina of all the muscles in the body. We will strengthen and mobilize the spine helping to improve posture and overall health. The class will increase core strength and “gains” on the weight room floor.
