Join us as we honor World Mental Health Day with “Unplug” – a 15 minute meditation class following one of our regular scheduled classes on Thursday, October 10! Learn how to calm your brain and body with simple meditation techniques. Experience an increase in self awareness, clarity and creativity. See below for which class will have a meditation class following it. Register for a spot in the FFC+  App!

Join us on Monday, September 16 at 5:45 PM for a Sexy Pilates class in the hottest location in the city on FFC Lincoln Park’s sun deck. Snatch your waist and lengthen out your muscles with a Pilates Mat class using the Pilates Magic Circle. Kristin and Grace will team teach to give you a great workout that is fun, safe, and challenging! Stay after class to make connections with your classmates, and find a new workout buddy! We’ll bring sparkling drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic options!)

Unlock your running potential on Saturday, September 21 at 10 AM with our Strength-Building Workout for Runners! Designed to enhance endurance, power, and speed, this program targets key muscle groups to boost performance and prevent injuries. Incorporate these dynamic exercises into your routine and experience stronger, faster, and more efficient runs.

From zero experience to marathon runners we want to invite you and a friend to run the city with us on July 27, August 10 & 24 at 8 AM. We will start with a warm up on the sundeck and Theresa will lead us on a 3 mile run through Lincoln Park. Power walkers are welcome! Grab your running shoes and a friend. See you there!
