Pilates Group Apparatus Classes
Join our newest Pilates Instructor, Alyssa Perez, for her inaugural Group Apparatus Classes! Learn how to master better control of your body, increase your range of motion, improve posture, and more! Classes are held every Monday from 10:00 AM – 10:50 AM and 12:00 PM -12:50 PM. Cost: $34 for a repetitive class or $44 for a drop-in session.

FFC Seniors
Join our FFC Senior Class on Tuesday, May 20 at 11:00 AM in the first floor training area with Coach Kobi. This monthly small group training session is geared towards our active aging community. Build community and learn to use our fitness equipment with confidence and ease. FFC Seniors will provide a fun total body workout, focusing on mobility, core, and total body strength.

Intro to Barbells
Join us on Saturdays at 11:00 AM on the first floor fitness area for Intro to Barbells! Learn the fundamentals of barbell training in this free class! We’ll cover proper technique for key lifts, build confidence under the bar, and set you up for safe, effective strength training. Perfect for beginners—no experience needed!
