FFC Cares SPIN Class Fundraiser Benefitting Felines of Chicago
SPIN. Sweat. Help a cat! Join us on Sunday, July 12 at 6:00 PM for a special fundraising class led by All-Star Instructor, Becca Russo. Master Class: Sound Bath & Meditation with Katie Riffel
Our Sound Bath Master Class is back! Celebrate summer with a serene studio meditation led by Katie Riffel on Friday, July 17 from 6:45 PM – 7:45 PM.
