This Pilates class focuses on strengthening the muscles and increasing flexibility in muscles that are commonly missed in regular strength training routines. The class will increase stability in the core and “gains” on the weight room floor. Ideal for male members looking to prevent injury and build an aesthetically appealing physique.

Join us on Sundays at 12:00 PM for a Women’s Lifting Club (Jan 14, 21, 28 & Feb 4). This club is a 4-week program that includes 4 informational workout classes and 2 additional weekly lifting programs. The program is designed for women who are novice strength trainers and want to learn the ‘whys’ and ‘hows’ around strength training as well as find a community of like-minded women.

The TRX Suspension Trainer is one of the most versatile tools in the gym with progressions (and regressions) easily accessible by adjusting body position. At this demo, you will learn the basics that are missing from your routine. We’ll also try some challenging progressions to test our strength! Join us on the following days to get started:
