Kickboxing – Strength and Conditioning at Union Station

Are you interested in a fun and high-intensity way to shape up? Then this class is for you! Come in to learn how to train for a sport like kickboxing while also learning how to box and kick on Mondays at 6 PM and Thursdays at 5 PM. Enjoy a calorie-burning workout while also getting out some frustration. The class is $128 for 4 classes/month.

Members will need their own gloves and wraps. Purchase in register for class in the FFC+ app under our FFC Union Station location.
