Learn how to calm your brain and body with simple meditation techniques and experience an increase in self-awareness, clarity, and creativity. In celebration of our 40th anniversary, we have put together a great lineup of anniversary-themed group fitness classes. 40STRONG is a 40-minute total body workout you won’t want to miss! In this class, you will perform 40 exercises for one minute each in succession with no breaks! Reserve your spot in the FFC+ app – See you in class!

Faction is getting an upgrade! Billed as the hardest class at FFC, see how fit you can become with our team of instructors and a new format! As part of our anniversary celebrations, all members will receive one complimentary Faction class in the month of September. Classes are held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 7:00 AM; Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:00 PM and Saturday at 9:00 AM. We have also extended the time of each class to 60 mins up from 45 mins. All members registering for Faction will have unlimited access to all Faction classes.
