3 Friends Stretching On The Turf

The simple act of stretching before and after your workout, or when you’re stressed and tense, can help prevent injury, ease soreness, and relax your muscles.

But how do you do it correctly, and safely?

FFC’s stretch-certified trainers are here to help! They have all undergone rigorous continuing education and are certified to assist you with your mobility, flexibility, and range of motion so you can feel better, move more and perform at your best!

Get a complimentary session here through July 31 (not available at FFC West Loop or FFC Union Station): https://ffc.com/stretch/
