Sports Performance Clinic
FFC Elmhurst is offering a sports performance training clinic for athletes of all abilities ages 13+. Training will focus on developing power, strength, and speed/agility to improve sports performance. During clinics, our trainers will educate athletes on proper warmup, power/strength and speed training, nutrition, and recovery to help them achieve their full potential. Participants will have the opportunity to utilize sports technology to test and measure their abilities such as jump height, sprint speed, and strength. Athletes will receive copies of their results to track their progress.

Poses & Mimosas
Indulge in this special weekend yoga class on Sunday, July 14 – Poses & Mimosas at 10 AM! Elevate your weekend practice on the rooftop turf and treat yourself to the perfect sequence of mindfulness and indulgence. Complimentary mimosa will be served at the Club Lounge after class. Space is limited, so be sure to register! The class will be held indoors in the case of inclement weather.
To participate, register for Hatha Yoga on July 14 through the FFC+ app starting 2 days before the class.
Family Pool Party at the Splash Bar
Bring the family for an afternoon of fun at the outdoor pool on Sunday, July 21 from 12:00 – 4:00 PM. There will be food specials from 12:00 – 2:00 PM.

Parent’s Night Out: Red, White, and Blue
Join us Saturday, July 20 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM for a night of fun and games. We take the kids while you enjoy an evening at the theater, a romantic dinner, time with friends, or quiet time with your partner. We will be playing games in the gym and watching a fun movie in the Kid’s Club. Registration ends Thursday, July 18 at 8:00 PM.
