Please be aware of the following hours of operation for the Easter holiday weekend:

  • Oak Park, Elmhurst, Park Ridge, West Loop, Gold Coast, Lincoln Park, East Lakeview: 7:00 AM Open, Normal Close
  • Old Town, South Loop, Union Station: Closed

All members will have access to all clubs on Easter Sunday.

World Health Day

In celebration of World Health Day, we’re excited to invite you to join us on April 7 from 6–7 p.m. for a special wellness event at select FFC locations: Park Ridge, Oak Park, Elmhurst, Gold Coast, and Lincoln Park.

Stop by our wellness table and take advantage of this complimentary opportunity to:

  • Meet one-on-one with a Registered Dietitian (RD)
  • Complete a quick insurance prequalification to see if nutrition counseling may be covered
  • Learn more about the health and wellness programs available to you
  • Ask questions about weight management, cholesterol, blood sugar, sports nutrition, and more

Muscle and strength training.

Build your confidence on the strength floor with Intro To Strength Training, an entry-level class designed to teach you the essentials needed for a great workout. These complimentary classes are taught by our FFC personal trainers and take place at 10 AM every Saturday in April. Each week will cover a new tool used on the fitness floor. Come ready to learn more and leave feeling empowered to use this equipment on your next visit.
