Join Us For The Pot o’ Gold Usage Challenge
The Pot o’ Gold Challenge is a usage challenge that encourages participants to work out 20 out of 31 days AND complete an InBody Assessment in March! Your progress will be tracked in the FFC+ app.
Challenge Dates
March 1, 2026 – March 31, 2026
You must opt in between February 19 – March 6, 2026.
How It Works
1. Opt-in – To confirm participation, visit the ‘My Dash’ screen on the FFC+ app and select ‘JOIN NOW’ on the pop up banner that asks if you’d like to participate. Please note, you must opt-in between 2/19-3/06.
2. Visit The Club – Check in to the club a minimum of 20 days during the challenge dates (only 1 check in per day counts).
3. Complete An InBody Assessment – Visit any FFC location to complete an InBody assessment. When taking the test, scan your barcode in the FFC+ app on the InBody machine to retrieve or set up your account. If you are a first time user, you will be prompted to add in your mobile number, height, age and gender (see screenshots below for assistance).
4. Track Your Progress – Keep tabs on your progress in the “My Dash” section of the FFC+ app. The MTD Checkins metric will be red until you hit 20 checkins, then it will turn green. The MTD InBody Tests metric will be red until you complete 1 assessment, then it will turn green signifying you’ve completed this component of the challenge.
5. Stay Motivated – Receive tips, workout suggestions, and nutrition support from FFC experts.
6. Celebrate Your Results!
What’s The Prize?
When you complete the challenge, you’ll receive 2 Guest Passes + automatic entry to win the Pot o’ Gold – 2 lower level tickets to a Chicago Cubs game!

Turn up the heat this March! Opt-In to the annual Pot o’ Gold Challenge between February 19 – March 6!
The program runs from March 1, 2026 – March 31, 2026. Participants must ‘opt-in’ to the challenge via the FFC+ app by March 6, 2026 to confirm participation. Your 20 check-ins do not need to be at the same FFC location – we will track your visits across our 10 clubs. There is a max of one qualifying visit per day. You will be automatically entered to win the Pot o’ Gold once you have reached 20 visits AND completed 1 InBody test. Your guest passes will be automatically added to your account and the Grand Prize winner will be rewarded by April 10, 2026. The guest pass and grand prize are non-transferable and have no cash value. Other restrictions may apply.
FFC March Club Madness Challenge
March Madness is coming to FFC — and this year, every member makes the difference.
Each club will compete in a bracket-style challenge based on the percentage of members who check in. The more members who show up, the stronger the club’s score.
Here’s how it works:
All clubs compete to qualify. The top 8 clubs with the highest member check in percentage will earn a spot in the bracket and be seeded based on their results.
Seeded matchups (1 vs 8, 2 vs 7, 3 vs 6, 4 vs 5). Each matchup runs for three days, and the club with the highest total member usage percentage advances.
The four remaining clubs compete over three days. The top two with the highest member check in percentage move on to the Championship.
Two clubs. One day. The club with the most dedicated and driven members (based on highest usage percentage) is crowned the FFC March Madness Champion and will win a party featuring Pita Pita Mediterranean Grill and more!
Because this competition is based on participation, every member matters. Whether it’s a workout, class, or recovery session — your check-in helps your club advance.
Show up. Check in. Help your club make a run.
