Our 21st Annual Indoor Triathlon Series is the perfect place for beginners to try a triathlon and for endurance athletes to compete indoors!

2020 Indoor Triathlon Series:

    • Saturday, February 8: FFC Elmhurst + Kids Tri
    • Sunday, February 23: FFC Park Ridge + Kids Tri
    • Saturday, February 29: FFC West Loop
    • Saturday, March 21: FFC Gold Coast + Kids Tri
    • Saturday, March 28: FFC Oak Park + Kids Tri

Each event consists of a 10 minute swim, 30 minute bike and 20 minute run. Plus, you have the option to race twice if you’d like!

You’ll work together as partners to complete one cardio exercise, four strength moves and three drills that will make your heart race. This complimentary class is open to all FFC members and guests.

    Pickleball continues to be one of the fastest-growing activities in the club, and we are excited to watch the program grow in 2020.

    The 2020 Pickleball schedule is as follows:

    Open Play (all levels / 3 courts): Weekdays from 10 AM – 12 PM and Sundays from 7 – 9 AM

    Intro Group Lessons: Wednesdays (Intro/Beginner) and Thursdays (Intermediate) from 9 – 10 AM

    FFC Members have complimentary access to open play and lessons. Non-members do not have access to lessons but can join open play at $20 per visit.
