It’s not too late to join us and your fellow Chicagoans for our free Yoga In The Park series in Lincoln Park! Our free community vinyasa-style yoga classes will be held in Grove 2 in Lincoln Park (near the intersection of Clark and LaSalle – click here to view the map).

Class will run every Tuesday, until August 27 and Sunday,  August 18

  • Sundays: 10:00 – 11:00 AM
  • Tuesdays: 7:00 – 8:00 PM

Classes are open to both FFC members and non-members. Members may sign up for class in the FFC+ app. Walk-ins are welcome. All attendees must sign a digital waiver before class begins. Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle for class.

This turf class on Thursdays at 12:15 PM: Urban Athlete, features compound movements that engage multiple muscle groups for a full-body challenge. In just 45 minutes (including a 15-minute warm-up and cool-down), you’ll test your endurance and strength with dynamic circuit training. Get ready to challenge yourself and lift HEAVY weights!
