Group Fitness Dance

Join us for a Zumba class with Ramon on January 27 at 6:30 PM.

After class, we will be serving sangria and other special treats to class participants!

This basic yoga class is for anyone who experiences tightness due to athletic training like cycling, running and weight training. Learn easy exercises to open up your hips, hamstrings, lower back and shoulders and restore your body’s natural alignment. Yoga For Athletes is offered on January 22.

After class at 12:00 PM, we will be serving food, snacks, drinks to refuel after the workout. Stay and chat or take it go!
