Join us on Thursday, February 20 at 6:00 PM for a power-focused workout designed to build explosive strength, speed, and overall muscular power. This class combines high-intensity compound movements, plyometrics, and resistance training to develop fast-twitch muscle fibers and enhance performance in sports or strength-based activities.

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with us on Thursday, February 13 at 5:30 PM! We will start with a feel-good Pilates class in your favorite pajamas. Afterwards, we invite you to stay for light refreshments and good company as we celebrate friendship and fitness.
