Heads up, FFC Lincoln Park members. Our pool will be closed starting Saturday, September 16 for yearly maintenance and cleaning and will reopen on Monday, September 25. Members are welcome to use the indoor pool at other FFC locations during this time.

Build your confidence on the strength floor with Intro To Strength Training, an entry-level class designed to teach you the essentials needed for a great workout. These complimentary classes are taught by our FFC personal trainers and take place at 10 AM every Saturday in September. Each week will cover a new tool used on the fitness floor.
