In this special program, kids ages 8-14 will focus on developing 4 different areas, including proper movement patterns, light resistance exercise, cardiovascular health and core endurance. Mondays and Wednesdays will focus on basketball development and Tuesdays and Thursdays will focus strength and cardiovascular improvement in the Performance Training Center.
Workouts meet at 4:00 PM and cost to join is $99/month. A youth permit orientation with the fitness team will be required before participation. To register or for more information, please email Jaime at firstname.lastname@example.org.
