Group Fitness Dance

Join us on 2/13 at 5:30 pm for a team teach Zumba and Werq Valentine’s theme Dance Workout with Reina, Dominick, and Kaley.

Do you want to develop more of an understanding of the gluteal muscles and how to train them? Then this program is for you! Join us Monday, February 19 at 10 AM and 3 PM! Throughout each 45-minute class, we will work on developing all 3 sections of the caboose for a more full and shapely derriere.

Are you ready to learn how to properly box and kick? Kickboxing is a perfect calorie-burning workout that also allows you to get out some frustration. Each class is broken out into 3-4 rounds including one weighted exercise, one conditioning exercise, and one shadowboxing exercise. Join us for class on Sundays at 7 AM and Mondays at 6 PM!
