Wine Down Wednesday
Starting July 12, relax by the pool, buy a glass of wine at the Splash Bar, and get a complimentary chair massage on Wednesdays from 4 – 6 PM.
Land and Sea with Tania & Alex
Grab a mat, swimsuit, and towel for a 50-minute water & land tabata combo class on the outdoor pool deck. The class will take place Wednesday, July 12 at 10:30 AM and Thursday, July 20 at 7:30 PM.

Poolside Fitkick at FFC Park Ridge
Grab your sneakers and shades and join us on the pool deck on July 28 at 9:15 AM for Fitkick – a cardiovascular class using techniques from boxing and kickboxing. This is a great class for students who want to train like a professional boxer without body contact.

Parents Night Out Campfire Night at FFC Park Ridge!
Calling all kids ages 3-12! Join us on July 29 from 4 – 7 PM for a fun night of campfire-themed games, crafts, pizza, and a fun movie.
$35 per child/$45 for 2 children for members. Non-members are welcome for $5 more. Registration ends Thursday, July 27.
