Group of people learning how to do a headstand

Join us on Sunday, March 5 from 1 – 2 PM to explore the art of going upside-down. This workshop comes with a pamphlet and 1:1 hands-on assistance to aid in your inversion exploration.

We will study headstands, forearm balance and handstands. Going upside-down takes acceptance of where you are at and requires discipline for where you are going. The inversion workshop is designed to assist you with all of that on an individual level within a class setting.

Cost is $35 for members and $45 for non members. Save your spot at ffc.com/group-fitness-programs.

Cost is $35 for members and $45 for non members. Save your spot at ffc.com/group-fitness-programs.
