Heated Hatha Yoga Wednesdays 6 AM with Alice Y.

Heated Hatha Yoga focuses on the postures of physical well-being to balance body, mind, and spirit. Learn simple breathing exercises, basic yoga poses, light meditation, and relaxation techniques. This class is appropriate for all levels and it is heated to 94 degrees.

FFC West Loop has teamed up with Grit Endurance to offer private and group adult swim lessons! Whether you are looking to up your swimming game by participating in a triathlon, improve your swim technique or just learn how to swim, FFC and Grit Endurance are here to help. Unlimited Group Lesson Swim Pass Program
Learn to swim more efficiently in this 60-minute technically focused group swim program. Each week, we will work on specific foundational aspects of the swim stroke as well as incorporate a variety of fun and creative sets to help you improve! This class is focused on beginner and intermediate swimmers, but even advanced swimmers will see benefits! You should be able to swim 50-yards consecutively to join this class. If you are brand new to swimming, please sign up for our individual swim lessons!

Members: Unlimited Group Lesson Pass $105 per month or Drop in Rate $35
Non-members: Unlimited Group Lesson Pass $115 per month or Drop in Rate $38

Thursdays 5:30 – 6:30 PM

Private Swim Lessons
Learn to swim more efficiently with a 50-minute in person swim lesson and video analysis where we will break down your biggest areas of opportunity and help you understand how to improve upon them in the future! All levels are welcome, from advanced to those who are learning to swim!

Members: Private Swim lesson x4 sessions $400 / Single Session $105
Non -members: Private Swim lesson x4 sessions $420 / Single Session $110

Individual Private Swim Lessons Schedule
Tuesdays & Thursdays 6 – 7 AM
Monday – Friday 12 – 1 PM
