To me, this membership means that I have access to a facility that allows me to grow stronger so I can reach my goals.

You can typically find me here on weekday mornings between 6 – 8 AM in the free weight area or on the treadmill.

I work out so I can become the best version of myself. Every day that I show up I know that I am taking another step towards the life that I want to live.

The InBody composition analyzer downloads and tracks your fitness progress directly in the FFC+ app. Key components of the analysis include muscle mass, body fat percentage, basal metabolic rate, and more to make losing weight and increasing muscle mass smart and easy. This feature is now included in all memberships and is currently available at FFC Lincoln Park, FFC Oak Park, and FFC Park Ridge and is coming to more locations soon!
