Member of the Month at FFC

Congratulations to FFC Oak Park’s April member of the month, Tanya Sapsomboon! Tanya shared a few thoughts about what membership at FFC means:

1. What does membership at FFC mean to you?

FFC is a pathway to gain better well-being and sustain; i.e. healthy: physically and mentally.  Happy to see people there with the same goals!

2. When at FFC you will find me…

In the swimming pool with my trainer or by myself working toward my goals!

3. I workout to…

Achieve and maintain my well-being.

FFC Park Ridge will be the host site of our inaugural Pickle Ball Tournament on Sunday, May 2 at 10 AM. All FFC members are invited to participate. The event will be a round robin tournament between 9 to 12 teams from various clubs. The teams will play each other once, and the two winningest teams will compete for the championship. Then the winning club is determined by analyzing the score differentials.
