Are you interested in a fun and high-intensity way to shape up? Then this class is for you! Come in to learn how to train for a sport like kickboxing while also learning how to box and kick on Mondays at 6 PM and Thursdays at 5 PM. Professional Women Panelists in leading industries come and discuss their methods to success and how to navigate their careers in male-dominated industries on March 27 at 7 PM. Join us for a 12-week program every Thursday at 7 PM leading up to a sprint triathlon in the spring!
