Mamaste Yoga Class at FFC West Loop
Please join us for a special mothers day vinyasa class on the sundeck on May 14 at 10 AM. This easy-to-follow flow practice is meant for all fitness levels and no experience is welcome. All moms will receive complimentary club access! Please register for the class through the FFC+ app.

Heated Hatha Yoga Wednesdays 6 AM with Alice Y.
Heated Hatha Yoga focuses on the postures of physical well-being to balance body, mind, and spirit. Learn simple breathing exercises, basic yoga poses, light meditation, and relaxation techniques. This class is appropriate for all levels and it is heated to 94 degrees.
