A group of women meditating

Join us on February 8 from 7:00 – 8:30 PM for a Healing Sound Bath and Guided Meditation. Sound and meditation can help clear energy blocks and allow you to release and let go of things your body no longer needs. Sound baths can restore harmony and peace in the body. Bring your favorite pillow and/or blankets or other props. Cost is $35 for members and $45 for non-members.

To enhance member safety, personal belongings must be stored in the locker room lockers when using any area of the club. With winter approaching, we also encourage all members to please not use the equipment or take a class in your “street” shoes after snow. This is to prevent damage to the equipment and floors.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Do you suffer from headaches or TMJ? If so, Craniosacral Therapy (CST) could help provide relief!

CST is a gentle, hands-on massaging technique. It uses a light touch to release tension around your body’s connective tissue (fascia) network. CST promotes pain relief from headaches, neck pain, stress, and TMJ. It also helps restore cranial mobility and ease or release restrictions of the head, neck, and nerves. Schedule your massage at the Spa Desk or in the FFC+ app.
