DASH Group Fitness Class – Every Tuesday and Thursday at 11:15 AM
Enjoy an introductory strength, mobility, and cardiovascular group class with a Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor. Sign up in the FFC+ app!
DASH Yoga – Every Wednesday at 11:15 AM
This special class incorporates the use of a stationary chair to support you in your yoga practice. We will explore many traditional poses (and maybe a few not-so-traditional poses) with the goal of increased flexibility, strength, and range of motion in the body while sitting on or standing against a chair. Other props such as yoga blocks and straps may also be used to modify or deepen your practice.
