Welcome new staff to FFC!

We’re excited to welcome our incredible new instructor to the Pilates studio — Lara! She brings a fresh, energetic vibe and a passion for movement, backed by Balanced Body Pilates training. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your practice, Lara is here to guide you with skill, support, and positivity. Lara is currently accepting new clients, so it’s a great time to jump in, try something new, or get back into your flow. Weekend classes are now available on Saturday’s at 9:00 AM & 10:00 AM and Sunday’s at 11:00 AM.

Join us at FFC Gold Coast for our upcoming Blood Drive on Saturday, October 11 from 12:00–2:00 PM. Donating blood is one of the easiest and most impactful ways to give back, and it only takes about an hour to make a life-saving difference.
Whether you’re a first-time donor or a regular, we’d love to see you there. Bring a friend, roll up your sleeve, and be part of something meaningful.

Clubrox is back for Round 3 on Saturday, September 21 at 7:00 AM at FFC Gold Coast. Inspired by HYROX, this high-intensity in-club challenge combines running intervals with 8 functional workout stations like sled pushes, rowing, and wall balls. It’s fully scalable and designed for all fitness levels, whether you’re aiming to crush your last time or take it on for the first time. Track your results, push your limits, and earn your spot on the leaderboard.
