Club Programming

Outdoor Pool Policies:

• Hours:
  • • • Monday-Friday: 8 am to 8 pm | Splash Bar: 11 am to 7 pm
      • Saturday: 8 am to 7 pm | Splash Bar: 10 am to 7 pm
      • Sunday: 8 am to 7 pm | Splash Bar: 10 am to 6 pm
    • Season: May through October
    • An additional $25 fee will be charged for guests on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
    • Initial opening is weather dependent
  • Only Beach totes are allowed on the pool deck. Backpacks and workout bags are prohibited.
  • No children under 21 allowed at the outdoor pool outside of family hours.
  • Lounge chairs are on a first come, first serve basis. Access to the outdoor pool does not guarantee lounge chairs, and no refunds will be given for availability of amenities.
  • Guests are limited to 2 per member, per calendar day. Additional guests may be included only with cabana rental.
  • Members are responsible for conduct and financial obligations of all guests.
  • No outside food and beverage allowed on the outdoor pool deck. Any alcohol not purchased at FFC Splash Bar will be confiscated and violators will be removed from the facility and may have their membership terminated.
  • No smoking, vaping, or illicit drugs are allowed on the outdoor pool deck.
  • No music, other than headphones, is allowed on the pool deck.
  • No glass is allowed on the pool deck.
  • FFC West Loop is cashless. All transactions must be completed electronically.
  • Failure to comply with any of these policies and procedures may result in outdoor pool access being revoked.

  Family Outdoor Pool Hours (3 months – 12 years):

  • Monday – Thursday: 8 am – 12 pm | Friday – Sunday: 8 am – 10:30 am
  • No children are allowed at the outdoor pool outside of these hours.
  • Children must have a Kid’s Club membership or pay a $25 daily guest fee for access to any area of the club including the outdoor pool deck.
  • Children not potty trained must wear a swim diaper and swim liner at all times when in the pool.
  • Pool Side Locker Rooms are available for family use. Children of the opposite gender are not permitted in the locker rooms at any age.
  • Children must be supervised at all times with a parent in swim attire or the children will not be permitted in the pool, and will be asked to leave.
  • Children running on the pool deck, standing on lounge chairs, or any other deemed disruptive behavior will not be permitted to come back to the outdoor pool deck for the remainder of the season.
  • No lifeguard on duty.

    Cabana Rental Details:

    • • • 5 cabanas will be available for rental – 3 large (8 person max capacity) and 2 small (4 person max capacity)
        • Cabanas will be available for rental for 6-hour time blocks only: 11 AM – 5 PM
        • Large cabanas are $200 per 6-hour block with a $100 food & beverage credit (details below)
        • Small cabanas are $150 per 6-hour block with a $75 food & beverage credit (details below)
        • The pricing above NOW INCLUDES guest fees.

    Rules & Regulations:

    • • • • Cabanas will be reserved via our app, FFC+ in a 6 hour time block, 11 am to 5 pm.
          • All reservations will adhere to our 12 hour cancellation policy, with no refunds for inclement weather.
          • Any pre-emptive closures by FFC will result in a refund of the total amount of the reservation.
          • Any reservation canceled within the 12 hour window will be assessed a service fee equal to 50% of the total reservation fee.
          • The cabana rental includes guest passes. All guests must provide a valid ID, sign our liability waiver, and adhere to all FFC policies. Guests must be pre-registered.
          • All reservations need to be made by an active member in good account standing.
          • The reservation fee for the 3 middle cabanas is $200 with a $100 Food and Beverage credit to use at the Splash Bar. The reservation fee for the 2 outside cabanas is $150 with a $75 Food and Beverage credit. This credit is non-refundable.
          • F&B credit only applies to alcoholic drinks, and non inventory food. Credit can not be used towards gratuity.
          • All Food and Beverage Minimums do not include taxes and automatic 18% gratuity, as they will be added to the final bill.
          • Must be 21+ to book.
          • Cabana capacity is limited to 8 for a large cabana, and 4 for a small cabana.
          • You must check in at the WL Splash Bar host kiosk. Guests will receive a stamp at the pool desk for easy access to the club restrooms and cafe.
