FFC West Loop Pool Policies and Procedures

Outdoor Pool Policies:

  • Hours:
    • Monday-Friday: 10 am to 7 pm
    • Saturday-Sunday: 10 am to 6 pm
    • Bar Hours: 11 am to 7 pm
  • Season: May through October
  • Access is regulated May 17 through September 30
  • An additional $20 surcharge will be charged for guests on weekends and holidays from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Premier members are exempt from this surcharge.
  • Initial opening is weather dependent
  • All members must scan in with the Pool Concierge. Members and Guests will be stamped for ease of re-entry to the pool deck. West Loop annual outdoor pool access is $100 for the first member, $200 for the family. Payment can be made online, at the front desk or with any Membership Representative, or at the pool concierge desk. Premier members and Signature members at the current rack rate do not need to pay the WL Annual Outdoor Pool Access Fee. Any member that joined prior to Feb. 1, 2022 has grandfathered access.
  • Only Clear bags are allowed on the Pool Deck. If a member does not have one, a clear bag can be checked out from the Pool Concierge. Lost bags incur a $10 fee, charged to the member’s account.
  • No children under 21 allowed on weekends or holidays.
  • Lounge chairs are on a first come, first serve basis. Access to the outdoor pool does not guarantee lounge chairs, and no refunds will be given for availability of amenities.
  • Guests are limited to 2 per member, per calendar day. Additional guests may be included only with cabana rental.
  • Members are responsible for conduct and financial obligations of all guests.
  • No outside food and beverage allowed on the outdoor pool deck. Any alcohol not purchased at FFC Splash Bar will be confiscated and violators will be removed from the facility and may have their membership terminated.
  • No smoking, vaping, or illicit drugs are allowed on the outdoor pool deck.
  • No music, other than headphones, is allowed on the pool deck.
  • No glass is allowed on the pool deck.
  • Failure to comply with any of these policies and procedures may result in outdoor pool access being revoked.

Family Outdoor Pool Hours (3 months – 12 years):

  • Monday – Friday Only:  10 am – 7 pm
  • No children are allowed at the outdoor pool on weekends or holidays.  Must be 21 for attendance these days.
  • Children must have a Kid’s Club membership at $59.95 per month or pay a $15 daily guest fee for access to any area of the club including the outdoor pool deck.
  • Children not potty trained must wear a swim diaper and swim liner at all times when in the pool.
  • Pool Side Locker Rooms are available for family use.  Children of the opposite gender are not permitted in the locker rooms at any age.
  • Children must be supervised at all times with a parent in swim attire or the children will not be permitted in the pool, and will be asked to leave.
  • Children running on the pool deck, standing on lounge chairs, or any other deemed disruptive behavior will not be permitted to come back to the outdoor pool deck for the remainder of the season.

      Cabana Rental Details:

      • Included in the cost of the reservation fee for the 3 middle cabanas, currently set at $200, will be a Food and Beverage credit of $100. The 2 outside cabanas will be $150 and $75 Food and Beverage credit. This credit is non-refundable.
      • F&B credit only applies to alcoholic drinks, and non inventory food. Credit can not be used towards gratuity.
      • All Food and Beverage Minimums do not include taxes and automatic 18% gratuity, as they will be added to the final bill.
      • Must be 21+ to book.
      • Cabana capacity is limited to 8 for a large cabana, and 5 for a small cabana.
