This pool deck class on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:00 AM: Sealfit Conditioning, features compound movements that engage multiple muscle groups for a full-body challenge. In just 45 minutes (including a 15-minute warm-up and cool-down), you’ll test your endurance and strength with dynamic intervals in and out of the water. Get ready to make a splash and feel the burn! No Swim Experience Necessary, but swimsuit required!

Our Small Group Training program is the perfect blend of motivation, accountability, and results. Train alongside others in a supportive environment where you’ll push yourself, make progress, and maybe even make a few new friends along the way.

Soundbath Event

Celebrate the longest day of the year with deep rest and intention. Join Katie Riffel on Friday, June 20 from 6:30 – 7:30 PM for a transformative Sound Bath Meditation Master Class. Through soothing sound frequencies and guided meditation, you’ll leave feeling recharged and aligned with the summer energy. The cost is $20 for members and $30 for non-members.
