Join us on February 13 at from 6 – 8 PM and participate in 1 of 4, 30-minute Pilates sessions and stick around with your classmates after class for a sip of bubbly! Bring a friend to class with you at no charge.

Join Ramon and Dominick on Tuesday, February 13 at 12 PM for a V-day theme ZUMBA workout on Tuesday – bring a guest complimentary. Lite bites will be provided!

SOUPer Bowl squares will begin Thursday, February 8 – Saturday, February 10. Anyone who brings canned food will be given a square for the Super Bowl. Limit 1 square per member and the winners will be announced after the Super Bowl. There will be prizes for each quarter and the final score.

Join us on Mondays and Thursdays at 6:30 PM for a new class format, Progression Obsession! This total body interval class includes upper body strength, core, and PROGRESSIONS of lower body conditioning for an intense workout. Each class takes you through three, 9-minute blocks followed by a high-intensity finisher and an abdominal/low back section! Get ready to experience your new Obsession.
