It may be FFC’s 40th anniversary, but we’re the ones giving the presents. See below for a list of new equipment headed to FFC South Loop soon! FFC is always looking for ways to add value to serve you better.

Pickleball paddles and balls

Registration is now open for our Fall Pickleball League! The cost is $120 per team of two individuals (each team is required to have one member). The league begins September 12 and will run through November 28 with playoffs to follow. Each team will play 12 regular season games (one per week) on Tuesday between 6:30 – 8:00 PM, Saturday between 12:00 – 2:00 PM, or Sunday between 12:00 – 2:00 PM. To register, please fill out the sign-up sheet available at the club. Registration closes on Thursday, September 7 – a link will then be emailed to all participants for payment. The games will be played in the Group Fitness Studio and rackets and balls will be provided.

We have two new instructors at FFC South Loop, Ramon Munoz, and Justin Garvy!

  • Pilates Mat with Justin Garvy: Every Monday Starting 9/11 at 5:15 PM

A new group fitness format, Progressive Obsession, is in the pipeline! Join us for a sample class on Saturday, September 16 at 10:00 AM, and let us know what you think before it officially launches! This total body interval class includes upper body strength, core, and ‘PROgressions’ of lower body conditioning for an intense workout. The class takes you through three, 9-minute blocks followed by a high-intensity finisher and ab/low back section.
