Ready to level up your training and actually enjoy it?

Join us for Kettlebell Small Group Training — launching Saturday, July 12, and running every Saturday at 10 AM!

This high-energy session is designed to help you build strength, improve technique, and track your progress month over month, all while connecting with a like-minded community on the turf. Whether you’re brand new to kettlebells or a seasoned lifter, you’ll get:

Pilates In The Park at Washington Square Park

Join us for Pilates at the Park on Sunday, July 13 from 9:00 to 10:00 AM at Agora, located at 1135 S Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60605. This classical mat Pilates session will focus on core engagement, stamina, strength, stability, and stretch — a full-body experience in an energizing outdoor setting.

Meet at the FFC South Loop fireplace by 8:45 AM. Please bring your own yoga mat, towel, and water. The session includes a special 15-minute archival Joe Pilates standing finisher to give you something new and dynamic from your typical mat class.

Step into the ring with Contender Boxing Class, a group fitness experience open to all levels. Join us on Tuesdays at 5:30 PM, Fridays at 12:00 PM, and Sundays at 11:00 AM for high-energy sessions that improve cardio endurance, strength, and confidence through boxing fundamentals and conditioning.

Kettlebell

Start your Saturdays strong—with swings, squats, and sips! Join us on June 14, 21, and 28 from 10:00 – 11:00 AM for Kettlebells & Koffee, a three-part series designed for all levels. You’ll learn and refine your kettlebell technique in a relaxed, small-group setting on the turf.
Each session focuses on a different skill:

  • June 14 – Master the Kettlebell Swing
  • June 21 – Clean to Press + Rack Squat
  • June 28 – Snatch Technique

Refresh your routine this spring with a selection of Pilates mini-classes from 5:00 – 7:00 PM! Experience the benefits of Pilates using Reformers, Towers, Chairs, and various props to elevate your workout. Choose from one of four 25-minute sessions and enjoy a post-class bubbly toast with fellow participants. Join us on the following dates and times to feel revitalized and refreshed!
