Join Women’s Weightlifting 1.0 at FFC for a 12-week small group program designed for women interested in learning how to lift safely and efficiently while increasing muscle mass and improving body composition. Classes meet twice per week on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:00 AM, with a required commitment of 2x per week for 3 months ($272 per month). Groups will have 5–6 participants, and programming will be customized to the needs and goals of the group. Sessions focus on lifting technique, muscle building, and cardiovascular health, with InBody measurements taken at the beginning of each month and at the end of the program. All sessions take place on the gym floor.

Classes meet twice per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00 AM, with a required commitment of 2x per week for 3 months ($272 per month). Groups will have 5–6 participants, and programming will be tailored to each client’s abilities. Sessions focus on stability and mobility, bone density, lifting technique, and muscle building, with InBody measurements taken at the beginning of each month and at the end of the program. All sessions take place on the gym floor.
