Group fitness class with kettlebells on turf

Try a complimentary Torchd and Titans class in celebration of our Member Appreciation Week from September 16 – 21!

TITANS: Bring out your inner  with our strength based small group training on the turf. Learn proper training techniques used to improve overall strength, increase lean mass and joint mobility.

TORCHD: Get ready to set yourself on fire with our metabolic conditioning small group training workout. Experience all the equipment the turf has to offer from battle ropes to kettlebells, med balls and more!

Attention all parents! Drop your children off at the Kids Club on September 19 from 5:30 – 7:30 PM for some special Anniversary activities and treats while you enjoy the Member Appreciation Party on the Pool Deck.
