Build your confidence on the strength floor with Intro To Strength Training, an entry-level class designed to teach you the essentials needed for a great workout. These complimentary classes are taught by our FFC personal trainers and take place at 10 AM every Saturday in September. Each week will cover a new tool used on the fitness floor. Come ready to learn more and leave feeling empowered to use this equipment on your next visit.

Join us on August 25 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM in the Kids Club for World Rock Paper Scissors Day! This event is for 3 months – 12 years old.

We will enjoy music, yummy finger foods, coloring, games, and an awesome prize for the crowned World’s Rock Paper Scissors champ! Registration is required by August 23. The cost for members is $35 per child/$45 for two children. Non-Members are always welcome for $5 more!

In this workshop, you will learn movements that translate to everyday life so that you can do the things you LOVE while staying PAIN-FREE! The cost is $30 for members and $40 for non-members.
