Join us as we honor World Mental Health Day with “Unplug” – a 15 minute meditation class following one of our regular scheduled classes on Thursday, October 10! Learn how to calm your brain and body with simple meditation techniques. Experience an increase in self awareness, clarity and creativity. See below for which class will have a meditation class following it. Register for a spot in the FFC+  App!

FFC Barbell Club

This full body, strength training workout tackles every major muscle group with the use of heavy weights for eight exercises. Each exercise is performed for 45 seconds with your heaviest weight selection then immediately dropped to slightly lighter weight for the last 45 seconds. Following this 90 second set is a 30 second rest. Once all eight exercises are completed, the circuit will run for one more round.

  • Tuesdays at 5:30 PM
  • Wednesdays at 12:00 PM
  • Fridays at 6:30 AM

Join us for “Tone & Toast,” offered after each Pilates group class during Member Week September 16 – 21. After your workout, raise a glass of prosecco and celebrate your effort with fellow members. It’s the perfect way to tone your body and toast to your progress—don’t miss out on this special experience!

How to prevent dehydration - keeping up with water intake

Stay refreshed and energized with our “Hydrate & Nourish Stop,” available after select group fitness classes during Member Appreciation Week. Keep your eyes out for this pop-up station, where you can grab healthy snacks and hydration to refuel after your workout.
